| Valentin F. Turchin - the Soviet and American physic and cybernetic, the creator of the language Refal, which are now very few people know, even in 70's wrote a book «The Phenomenon of Science cybernetic approach to evolution. », which sets out his conception of metasystem transition and from its position traces the evolution of the world, from the simplest single-celled organisms before the emergence of thought, science and culture. His theory explains the structure jumps in evolution, and pointing to "the kidneys of growth" with a cybernetic point of view. His philosophy provides answers to philosophical questions - "Who am I?", "Where did I come and whither I go?", "How true my knowledge?", "What is good and what is evil?". The contribution of science and philosophy monograph is on a par with such famous works as "Cybernetics"by N. Wiener and "The Phenomenon of Man"by P. Teilhard de Chardin.
